Refund and Return Policy
We at MESSI Publishing, LLC strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Physical Products (MESSI Books, T-Shirts, Toys)
a. Returns Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, no stains, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Unopened products can be sent back using the address on the shipping label.
If you would like to return an unopened product, please email a photo of the product along with your concerns, and we will see how to move forward with the return. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order, with day one being the date the product was delivered. Items must be sent back by the customer using the address on the shipping label. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of that item.
b. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized products, special orders, clearance, and sale items are non-returnable, so be confident of your decision before making a purchase.
c. Refund Process
To initiate a return, contact us at messipublishingllc@gmail.com with your order number, photo(s), and reason for the return within three days of the delivery date specified. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Products that are returned anyway and not approved for a refund will be discarded. MESSI Publishing, LLC will not send back returned products even if a request for a refund is rejected or denied. d. Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
e. Lost or Stolen Packages
MESSI Publishing, LLC is not responsible for packages after being shipped and delivered from our facility or a third party. We advise you to file a claim with your local post office or mail carrier (i.e., UPS, FedEx) immediately after noticing a “delivered” notification to your email of a package that has not been received. Packages may still be delivered after notifications are sent out, but please call your local USPS or mail carrier shipping facility to make sure your package was not lost or held. If you suspect an item to be stolen, we are not responsible to replace any items or refund your for the products purchased. Please file a claim at USPS or with the mail carrier immediately.
2. Digital Products (Courses, Online Consultations)
a. Refunds on Courses
We do not offer refunds for digital courses and consultations once access has been granted. If you encounter technical issues or have concerns about course content, please contact us at messipublishingllc@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
b. Exceptions
In rare cases, refunds for courses may be granted at our discretion if the course is proven to be defective or if you experience unavoidable technical issues.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 3 days of delivery at messipublishingllc@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund based on the situation. Return shipping costs for defective items or wrong orders will be covered by us.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
